| Full Duplex Sound Card |

To find out if your sound card supports full duplex sound, try running following test:
* Start Windows Sound Recorder twice (Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Multimedia or Entertainment -> Sound Recorder)
* In one of them open a wave file (there should be some wave files installed with Windows) and click the play button.
* While that wave file is playing in first Sound Recorder, click record button in second Sound Recorder.
If there is no error, then your sound card supports full duplex audio.
If your sound card doesn't support full duplex sound, contact vendor or check out at this page to find out more about sound card vendors and their latest drivers for full duplex feature:

To determine the version of DirectX installed on your computer, use the DirectX Diagnostic Tool:
* Click Start, point to Find, and then click Files or Folders.
* In the Name box, type dxdiag.exe, and then click Find Now.
* In the list of found files, double-click the Dxdiag.exe file.
On the System tab, note the version of DirectX displayed on the DirectX Version line.
To check the version information for each DirectX file, click the DirectX Files tab.
When you finished checking file versions, click Exit.
If the Dxdiag.exe file is not listed in the list of found files, DirectX version 4.0 or earlier is installed on your computer. If this is the case, download and install the current version of DirectX at Microsoft sites:
